I picked up a Seawolf last weekend and had some time to go through it last night. To start there is a old piece of tape on the front that says "Bad Board" I have correct voltages from the power Supply, +5, +12 and -5 it takes couple minutes but the voltages are stable. The board will boot and coin up but the ships and moving mines have blocks moving with them and I have no control from the periscope, no shooting nothing. The game does play to the end so I believe the board mostly working just with the graphics issues and no input from the periscope. I did some reading and understand the L connectors can be an issue and this still has those.
From what I have read this could be a connector issue or a board issue, maybe both and I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the correct direction or what else I can test. I checked voltages on the aiming board and the firing button in the top of the cab and voltages are present.
Attached are a couple pictures,
Any help is appreciated.

I just fixed one like this. I ended up replacing the G and H sockets, new roms, rejumpered for the roms I'm using, replaced the processor socket and every single transistor(periscope lights weren't working). Before all of that I'd get blocks for boats and it would randomly crash/freeze.
