I picked up a Seawitch last week and only picked it up originally for resale, but the more I worked on the machine the more I liked it. I decided to go ahead and shop the machine. Ill post all the pix.

Game came working, but with no sound, bad rubber rings, lots of bad lights, flickering displays and more.

* Replaced all lights with LEDs, in the backglass, under the pf and above the pf.
* Triple thicked the backglass.
* Fixed cold solder joints on the displays.
* Rebuilt the sound board and also recapped it.
* Removed everything from the pf and waxed.
* Cleaned all the plastics.
* Replaced all the targets.
* Fixed the coin-op switches.
* Installed a new STERN sticker on the door.
* Repainted the head (around the backglass).
* Replaced all the rubber rings.
* Rebuilt the flippers.
* Fixed several broken switches under the playfield.

great looking machine. I just finished mine and love playing it. I still have a few minor cosmetic things to get it 100% but it works and plays great. I had never played seawitch before I got this one (was in bulk pinball purchase) but it really grows on you. Great machine and seems to have quite the following.

Jon - not sure how pin savvy you are but I'd love to hear your thoughts on game play. I'm amazed how many people really like this game while the pf toys and such are minimal to me. Never played one - would love to hear your thoughts. Nice job and congrats!

I just find the game fun, its a fairly simple game to learn. The rules are easy to learn and sounds are super cool. I find it much more fun than the Wms games from the same time.

and my little video before I replaced the LEDS

Excellent job. Those LEDs really make the playfield pop.
