Thanks to Alex Yeckley at elektronforge.com, my long wait to play a game of Sea Wolf is over! They fixed the boards up(they had a lot of problems), and now its ready for my next party. My daughter(she's almost 4) got 3900 points on her first game! Jeez I only beat her by 1000 pts! LOL Anyway, I'm pretty pumped up so I just thought I'd share. I will post what problems the board had in an old thread I started; trying to get some help fixing it. There is also an older thread I started on my partial restoration of this game if anyone wants to look at some more pics....

John, that is one of the best early crossover games in history. Played one when I was 8 or 9 at Noah's Ark. Man I just played one at CAX and the magic is still there. Still working on Chris to be my date to your party. Then I can play it in person whilst you chug a beer and inevitably ogle my backside.

That is just outstanding right there.

And your kid is a cutie.

Hopefully you can meet my family at the arcade party at your place.

We are planning on being there, probably from 4-6ish or so.

Depends on the mood of the baby.

Is Chris playing hard to get? Might have to handcuff him and force him...ahem...I mean, coax him a little harder. I'd be honored to ogle; but it might take a few beers

Looking forward to it Russ; also, we have a nice crib and playpack here to make things easier if needed....

Congrats on that. I played it at CAX as well and was every bit as good and as fun as I remember. I would love to stand one next to my mechanical Stunt Pilot in my arcade.

Simply Awesome!

That is a true classic you have right there! My B&W arcade room would gladly welcome Sea Wolf as an addition! You need to post up a video....classic sounds....

It's about time there John. looks good. I wish I could come to the party but we made other arrangements that weekend. maybe I could sneak over for a preview before your party? Just lemme know, I'm open all day tomorrow too! Ca'mon Russ shoot over there too!

nice working sea wolf!! that's another dumb sell i've got to reaquire... there's nothing like the sound of the fast speed boat.

Seawolf is a great game. Congratulations on getting it up and running. We have a Seawolf 2 in storage that hopefully will get out one day. I just haven't had time to rebuild the GO2 monitor.

Went over and played John's Sea Wolf today, all I can say is AWESOMENESS! Nice game there John and good TLC getting that thing back together. Have fun at your arcade party-- I can vouch for John's parties, they're allot of fun! I hope the MN and LAX delegation will be present at your upcoming event!
