Just for clarification, and future reference...
Those are #10-24 and #10-32. Both are the same diameter, #10, (which is 0.190"). Sizes less than 1/4" are usually designated by a size number rather than a fractional or decimal diamter. The difference in the two fasteners in question is the thread pitch: 24 threads per inch vs 32 threads per inch. For each diameter size, there are two standard thread pitches: coarse and fine. (UNC & UNF).
