i have a perplexing issue (+$.50 for the big word)..

i have a WG7000 monitor that i threw into my double dribble cabinet for my sons birthday party.. worked fine when i put a Double Dragon pcb in it (no video issues), but when i put the double dribble pcb in, the image is scrambled..

but, before you say its a pcb/rom issue... the double dribble pcb works fine in my bad dudes cabinet.

i know its probably something small, but i just cant figure it out. I want to put double dribble on CL, so i need to get it working.

I'm not sure - are you sure the image is scrambled or is it a sync issue?
Check your voltages - the board might need a voltage bump not to exceed 5.2VDC
You can try changing the syncs. If you're using positive sync switch to negative and vice versa. Worse case scenario tie your sync wires together and try that.

i want to clarify.. i was putting the double dribble board back into it's cabinet.. it was in there fine (with a different monitor) a month ago, but i stole the monitor for another project. then when i put the new monitor in, i decided to change the pcb to Double Dragon. So the sync wires arent an issue (although i did mess with those to try to fix it).

Mod, I did adjust the holds, but that was via the remote board.. i will have to double check tonight. i will grab a pic too.
