I have an old Mills lollipop scale from the 20's-30's and a National Grip Meter strength tester from the 40's in the warehouse.
Does anyone know of a forum or group of collectors for this type of thing?

I do not know much about these type of machines but would not mind selling or trading them off for other items if possible.
Anyone know anything about this stuff?

Those can go for a lot of money on ebay, especially if they work. I'd be careful about trading for anything unless what you're getting is a damn good deal. You'd surely get a bidding war going with those on ebay. Just my 2 cents

There appear to be 2 scales out on ebay right now, neither one is the "lollipop" style. One is at $300 the other is at $500.

On google I found several places that buy/restore them:

A restored one is sitting at $4700 in an auction:

Based on the other sites I found that seems a bit high. $300 - $500 seems to be the norm.

Good luck.

Edit: Found a near exact match in an auction: http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/6686503. Starting bid $500. Estimate $1000-$2500.
