With all respect to who ever is selling that, i just can't believe people buy those. Those MAME machines are so ugly.

Well...

There legal and popular...and a cheap way for someone to enjoy the games I grew up on..so I really don't have a problem with them. Who knows..maybe some kid will play that machine and it will spark an interest in what the REAL game was like and a future collector is born..
Its one reason I am trying to get an "Arcade Game and Pinball Museum" opened in Sacramento. When you think about it, a lot of these old games will die along with many of us. I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter who I hope to someday pass my collection on too, but honestly, what will be her interest? I hope to create a sense of nostalgia for her but know that is going to be hard. With that in mind, I am all for any machine that keeps these games fresh in people's minds.

Maybe that's just how I feel...I need a nap now...LOL

Well said, good way to look at it and the more in the hobby the better.

It's a legal licensed product from Midway; I think they sell them at Target, or WalMart, or somewhere like that. I haven't read a good review of them yet. Pretty pathetic when the hobbyists can do a better job than the original company.

When I was in Hawaii last year the timeshare place said they had a gameroom. Guess what was in it...

I'd like to know more about the hardware inside these. Seems like you might be able to put the innards from one of these into a better quality cab with a 19" monitor and good controls.

If you could pick up a used one super cheap that is.

My friend says he stayed at a hotel one time with a Virtual On: Operation MoonGate, Virtual On Force, and a Mushiking. Wish I knew where to find hotels like that...
