Had a Robotron that was converted into a baseball game in the corner awaiting conversion back into a multiwilliams

I unbolted the baseball console from the topp of the cp, expecting to find the wiring ran thru the joystick holes, only to find that they had cut the center out of the cp, from joystick to joystick. My heart sank:001_ssad:

knowing I would have to drill it again, and not wanting to put any metal reinforcement in it to get in the way, but wanting all the strength I could get, I cut a piece of 1/2 inch plywood to fit snugly in the hole, trimmed the top ply of wood back on the cp (both front and back) and used multiple layers of fiberglass cloth and resin to build both side back to the right thickness. Thin layer of bondo to smooth it, and its ready to drill when my overlay gets here:D
