Thats ridiculous, and really only works if all the cockpits are identical. Even then, most cockpits I seen do not have flush nor level tops. Most have the sides protrude up past the top support lumber... You'd have to remove the wheels from the ones on top.. oh man, it just goes on and on. No wonder Japanese construction workers aren't known to be popular round these parts.
But for airline seats, yes, thats a win !
