I picked up the last pin on my wanted list about a month ago. Yesterday I picked last arcade machine of of the list. The game, by the way, was Joust, but it is hidden under a Bubble Bobble conversion.

I've got one EM game left, but will probably wait on it until I have a dedicated bulding to store the games and old cars.

So what's left when the thrill of the hunt is gone?

Sorry dude, you still have a Joust to find. That is Robotron cabinet.

Nope, there's an outline of an ostrich and rider under the black paint and you can see the brown/yellow/red paint in a couple of places where the black paint is scratched.

I've actually seen a couple of other Joust machines in that cab.

I was expecting it to be a Robotron, but was glad to see the Joust artwork under the black.

That must have been a leftover Robotron cabinet that was repurposed to Joust when the Robotron orders dried up. That was very common to repaint cabinets if there were cabinets left over and there were no more orders. I have a Robotron cabinet that had Stargate paint under the black the operator slapped on the side when it was converted to something else. I have also seen Joust cabs with Robotron paint on them.

Check the serial number on the cabinet, I would imagine it is pretty near the beginning of the Joust run.

shoot me a message if you're gonna get rid of the BB marquee. :) Grats on the pickup...as for what's next?

Um......changers? Pins?

I'm having a similar problem. I've only got room for a max of 3-4 machines. Right now I have 2 pins and a capcom big blue Qsound... I want another pin, but it's kind of hitting me, well, okay...I get the third pin....then what? =\

Don't remember the exact number, but it is in the triple digits.

Got a couple of people in line for the parts. I'll sent you a PM if the other folks don't get it.

A gameroom or arcade dedicated to showing off your games (building, basement or garage)?

That's in the works at the moment, but it's going to be a beast. It's got to hold about 70 games and two old cars. I'm looking at about a year and a half before getting it started.
