Sanyo waving

I noticed the wave as the previous owner pointed it out but your video looks worse then i recall. The wave didnt bother me when i got it home and played on it but yea your video top right looks horrible.

Not that i can help resolve issue other then maybe advise to check all wiring and make sure tight and clean and nothing shook loose during transit.

Okay, well, it's all over your screen. If you watch the steps, you'll see it come up quickly before it's more noticeable at the house.

You need to check your rectifier diodes on your chassis near where the power is coming in, and your voltage regulator. Might also need to change your filter cap. Somehow, you're getting some AC bleeding through into your DC circuits. the rectifiers change it to DC and the filter cap is supposed to filter out any AC that got through.

Normally, I'd also tell you to check your fuses, but as this is a Sanyo, it's plugged in directly at the bottom, so that probably isn't an option, although you COULD double check all your fuses and fuse clips are clean and not dirty or oxidized...

I have a similar issue with my Multicade... but it stops after about 30 seconds and then stays stable. I think i will bust a cap kit on it regardless.
