Sanyo Wave.

Did Cap Kit
Replaced B+ Filter Cap
Replaced B+ Pot.

Adjusted both ways, doesnt help..

Voltage starts at 95v at start up, drops to 94v and stays. Now what?

Let it warm up for roughly 5 minutes. Then adjust the brightness by following the instructions below...
1. Center the brightness pot (Group of 5 pots to the left of the chassis)
2. Center the sub-brightness pot (A couple of inches above the flyback toward the tube on the chassis)
3. Adjust the master brightness on the flyback. Watch your B+ as you adjust the master brightness on the flyback. When you have the B+ dialed in, re-adjust the sub-brightness and then the brightness.

The Master brightness is coarse, sub-brightness is medium, and the brightness is fine.

likely a bad regulator drive / controller or regulator transistor..
a5512 sip & or 2sd1090

Guys, I have both of those pieces. But last time I tried to replace them, the fuses kept blowing. Could I mail you the Chassis, the pieces, the return shipping, and of course some money for your time to have a look at it?

This Chassis has a cap kit, a new filter cap and a new B+ Pot, and i can include the a5512 & 2sd1090 that I got from Bob Roberts, if you would do that?

I actually have 2 that I cant figure out. The one above with the wave.

The other, I replaced the voltage piece that attaches to the heat sink and blew fuses. I put the old piece back in, and it is still blowing the large fuse.. I have No idea what to do now. Ideas? Or would one of you guys fix it for me?
