Sanyo EZV waves like a flag post capkit/filter cap change

"waves like a flag", as per Dokert's flowchart. it comes and goes. just a rundown of what I've tried thus far:

installed caps (from Bob)
installed new C606 filter cap (also from Bob)
B+ is adjusted to exactly 108.0V

I also installed the audio rebuild kit, so I don't think that's interfering at all, unless the audio transformer could have something to do with this..?

I did manage to miss a cap, but it was a little one, one of the like 10uf160V ones. I noticed this after the lengthy task of putting the damn thing back together to see the same problem persisting.

I have several EZ's at my disposal, any components you all suggest I try swapping to eliminate the problem?

I have two EZVs that are (I think) stuck in HV shutdown that could be donors.

Focus your attention in the voltage regulation area.
Could be the Voltage Regulator itself. I have seen new ones cause a wave even with a good B+ measurement.

pardon my ignorance, but what does that even look like on these? lol

thank you sir, I'll see what I can conjure up.

is there any easier way to remove these without having to take the whole monitor out? I swear, Nintendo/Sanyo with these damn pushpins and clips for every wire ........ blar!

I hate those damn push-pin/clip things...I gave up trying to remove and just took the monitor out and set it on my bench to remove the boards. Probably saved time in the long run...it's the easiest way unfortunately, at least for me! But hopefully you won't have to do it again for a long time!
