I recapped my sanyo, tested it with a DK jr an it was working fine. I moved it to my Mario cab that is jamma wired that i plan on converting back and I got a white screen and a little bit of blue garbage on the screen. No audio Is coming from double dragon which is in it. So I guess the game is the problem here.

What should a sanyo look like without video input? I unplugged the video input and I get the same white screen without the garbage or bouncing.

Should the display of this monitor be a bright white screen without input? Or do I have some digging around to do now??

if the board or power supply is dead you will get a white screen on a sanyo. also these monitors are designed only for nintendo games.unless it has been modifyed to work with other games it wont work right.

Cool that's what I wanted to know. Pretty sure the double dragon board isn't working. I plan on getting a MB boardset but I need to wire

The screen is white because of the colors being inverted on this monitor right? Also, the double dragon was hooked up to the monitor with an inverter board so it should work fine from what I have read. I guess I'll have a better idea when I get a mb board set

A Sanyo will work with just about any raster game. Many Atari games came with Sanyo's in them from the factory.

The white screen is raster. You have no video signal going to the monitor.

Cool. I was kind of scared that something broke in transport after relating the monitor.

Idk the state of the DD board i have. I'm guessing it's dead since there is no sound. I do hear the speaker popping a bit, and the screen started to jump around a little after leaving the game on for about 5 mins. But it didn't jump after I unplugged the game board from the monitor.

I guess the DD board is dead. I hooked up Ikari warriors today, it didn't work either but I atleast had game related garbage on the screen. My Mario comes this week :) that's the real test
