I have a Sanyo 20EVZ monitor in my VS cab and it has been cutting out within a minute of turning on the sound stays on but the screen turns off. I figure this is a HV shutdown issue. So I tried centering VR601, VR301, VR351 and the Master Brightness, and it still cuts out. Also I found if I turn VR301 anywhere but all the way counter clockwise the monitor does not turn on. Can someone tell me where the voltage test points are for VR601? I also just recapped it. The pic looks good except some green seems to bleed to the right. Please help me out. Have a great Christmas. Peace. BART

Check the B+. It should be 108v.
If you do a search you will find all the info you need to test and adjust it.

where do I check it at? Where is the test point?

Search how to adjust B+ on sanyo monitor and all the info is there.
I am on my phone and can't type it all out.
A manual will also show the test point.

cool I watched a youtube video tested it like they said and the voltage was between 160v and 179v when adjusting VR601 and even went higher when I adjusted VR301. Any thoughts what would make my monitor have such a high voltage? PLEASE HELP! MERRY Fricken Christmas!!! PEACE

Any idea why the voltage when turning B+ would be between 160V and 179v? What would make the voltage be that high? I tested at test point BJ. Let me know. Merry Christmas. PEACE Bart

could be that Q901 or IC601 are bad.
check the solder and traces around them. when installing or removing the chassis. that corner gets stressed allot.

Peace
