Sanyo 20EZ vertical collapse/foldover

Is this partial collapse or foldover? Was like this before cap kit and capping has not changed it. Or is this just a byproduct of the TPG? I don't have a Nintendo cabinet to test it in to be sure.

Note I shrunk the image so that the issue can be seen better. In the pic it is a horizontal line at the top that looks a little brighter than the rest.

Went back over all the caps everything looks good

reflowed the entire 400 section (actually most of the chassis)

subbed TR402 and TR403

Still have the issue
 
Yes. Twice. And verified continuity to all of the other traces in circuit. I am wondering if this has something to do with the CraftyMech TPG?
 
Try it with a real nintendo board first and is your width adjusted right?

Ya. I think that's what I need to do. I think width is right. Monitor did not have a ferrite core in WC so I added one from a parts chassis. I may swap whole WC out but this is more of a vertical issue I think.

Thats what I mean did you adjust the width on the remote board?
