Sanyo 20 EZ ,lost blue?

I had a chassis that had the same problem, that I could not fix.

You can start with the troubleshooting guide that says if you have no blue:
Check D207, TR203, TR207, TR211, TR252

Better place for both of you to start is on the neck board. Verify continuity between the blue socket pin and the solder side of the neck board. You may have cracked the solder joint for the blue socket pin simply by removing and replacing the neck board.

The blue socket pin should be labelled something like BK IIRC.

I actually swapped neck boards with a known good one. Also went over the blue connections on the chassis.

What color do you have where blue should be on the screen? White? Black(nothing)?

Thanks for the help I will check out the suggestions , I have another issue though, on the invert board when it is regular I have a picture and the pods work and when I move the ribbon to invert the screen goes black , I purchased the invert kit from Bob Roberts but if it is something simple I don't want to go through all that trouble inverting the chassis
