Ok, so I did a cap kit on my Mario WB. And this is the end result. I have fold over issues at the top of the screen and no matter what adjustment I do, I cannot get it to go away. I can squish the screen down and it will look normal, but then the screen is way too small. Any other options?

Most cap kits for the 20EZ's don't replace ALL the caps. Did yours?

The usual cause for this is the 10uF 160v cap at C407. Check to make sure you replaced it, that it's in properly, and there are no solder bridges or bad traces in that area...

If I recall, that plus kit he's talking about is the new one bob sells that replaces all the caps on the mainboard, he still sells the sound board stuff seperately.

I'd definately check the cap Mod said, and everything in that area to just make sure it's all touching where it should. Use a multimeter and get sneaky with it, take one probe and touch the cap leg, then the other probe and touch another component the trace leads to, just to make sure you're getting good continuity. And use the ohm measure, don't go by the beep or anything.
