Did a quick Google search, to find and still digging through it but I got this out of a POLICE 911 arcade unit. What I need is what new resistors, the old ones looks bad (R808 and R819) but they a bit burn so I can't ID, and what ever is close behind it. If I can get a manual that would be great so if there anything else bad I can look it up and get in place right.

Here big pics so you can get a good look at them.

Replace R819 3.9 ohm and
R806 69. ohm
R808 10k ohm check the ohms out of circuit
may be good just looks bad.
When any traces are lifted i would suspect all the parts in power supply
if you just replace the resistors it will not complete the repair to PS
Check or change these parts.
D803,D804
Q801,Q804 Q805,Q802,Q803 Q806 for shorted or leaky.
C811 and repair grounds.

This must be a common issue with these Sanwa chassis. Mine has the exact same burn, no HV. Any cause for the resistors burning up? I've repaired this once, can't find the cause or source of the issue.

Why is your pcb trace open?
I have found defective parts in PS
but open trace is not common.
When the regulator shorts it would kill other parts
but not really open any traces, that i have seen.
I would inspect each part listed first.
open the dc fuse and check for shorts on that line
leading the the HOT circuit, with ohm meter.should be high in ohms.
often a shorted circuit is very low in ohms, and the voltage is killed.
Either circuit could be at fault need to divide the circuit to see if both
are working.
Good Luck!
