I think what you want is to use a JLF in a DK cab, by connecting the JLF harness to the existing Nintendo wiring for the original joystick microswitches?
In that case, the simplest, least destructive method would be to crimp some male quick disconnects of the correct size onto the leads of the JLF harness and connect them appropriately to the female QD's of the existing Nintendo wiring.
I believe they are .187 QD's, but someone please fact check me on that one.
^This is all assuming the JLF physically fits. If the stock JLF mounting plate doesn't line up with the stock Nintendo joystick bolts, a Kowal universal mounting plate/adapter may get you to where you need to be.
If that's not what you're wanting to do, then please clarify. As you specifically stated it - pulling the original nintendo microswitches off of the original nintendo joystick and somehow meshing them with the JLF TP-MA PCB assembly, no that is not possible. The Sanwa JLF microswitches are not lever microswitches and are soldered to the TP-MA PCB assembly.
