Sanwa 29E31S Help! Red and Blue but No Green Showing

I just picked up a 29E31S and it has no green showing (see pic below) I heard this problem couldn't be solved with a cap kit and was most likely a Pot, Transistor, bad solder or worst case scenario and bad tube. Anyway I tried a trick I heard about taking a grounded wire and touching each color on the back of the neck board to see if the color flashes on the screen. I tried each color and Red and Blue flashed on the Screen but green did nothing at all. I notice when I touch each color it gave a zap sound but the Green did not. Is this tube bad or could I somehow check another way? Also my other Sanwa is doing the same thing although it still has some green left (50%) and when I touch the neck board with the grounded wire, the green flashes on the screen. This most be common thing for 29E31S since I have two with almost the same problem. Any help would be nice, and btw I check the VGA cable and they work so problem is coming from the Tube or the Chassis.
Thanks,
Kane

Going to connect the chassis to a fully working monitor to rule out the tube going bad. I hope it's not the tube and its something else... :(

Thanks for responding! What would you recommend? Should I pull the chassis out and try it in another machine to rule out the Tube first? Any help or tips would be great cause I'm still learning as I go. BTW thanks again for helping me with my other monitor it looks amazing, the Nail polish worked!.

Doesn't look good. Same chassis on a different tube works perfect (picture below). :( looks like my tube is done for. Good news is I have a new chassis for my Outrun 2!

And you've wiggled on the neckboard in it's new location to verify that the green won't cut out a little? I.e. a bad connection on the neckboard could cause no green in one place, then you move it and it works again.

But, it does sound like a bad gun in the tube. Do you have access to a rejuvinator, or know someone that has one? I HAVE seen a tube with a completely dead gun that was brought back to life with a good zap. It's very rare, but it can happen.

No, I don't know of anyone... but I do have a another Naono Monitor tube that supports 15/24/31 and its a 9 pin, I wonder if the chassis will work on it?
