I'm trying to bring back a dead Sanwa. It's a 27z21c or PM1745 Chassis type. There isn't much out there for it. If anyone has a schematic it might help. It was playing absolutely fine, and then would not come on the next day. It has 120v to the chassis, beyond that I have no idea. Fuses test good. I compiled a list of caps and ordered from Mouser, recapped the entire chassis. Still nothing. I see no charring, no sign of anything burned, nothing at all. It's a very clean chassis. I resoldered the flyback, but nothing. Any help? I will post the cap list from this monitor if it will help others in the future.

Does anyone repair Sanwa chassis? I've recapped it and nothing. Getting voltage but no HV sound at all. I'm at a loss.

This is an older thread, don't know if the OP solved the problem but there's not much on these PCBs out there so posting in case this helps.

I have a pair of Time Crisis 3 machines with the PM1745 chassis. One appeared to work, replacing the capacitors is a good route considering the year manufactured dates for each board. The other had an arcing flyback, so I purchased a replacement and a resistor smoked when turning it back on (R302). Appears transistor Q406 had problems and making IC301 questionable. It appears a few transistors had been replaced in the past. So suggestion is check the ICs, transistors, and inspect for any burnt resistors.
