Just picked up a mania challenge for $60 which has a sampo kgr 1901h chassis. When I plugged it and tried to adjust the monitor part of the flyback casing blew off so I need a new flyback for it, does anyone sell replacement flybacks for this chassis? I do have a G07 monitor that I can put into the game if I can't repair the sampo but I would rather replace the flyback and use the sampo if possible.

Here is a picture of the chassis if you have one for sale. Also included picture of damage to flyback.

I had a similar problem. Here is a pic of my blown Sampo Flyback:

I found a handful of threads about Sampo chassis' here on the KLOV (including this one) and it seems that getting replacement Fly's is not possible.

One thread suggested that the Sampo Tubes are compatible with G07's. I tried a G07 CBO on my tube and it works beautifully. I did have to make an adapter for the yoke harness. The yoke wiring between the two chassis have different wire color schemes, so that took a little sorting out. I needed the adapter due to the yoke wire connectors being different. mounting the G07 chassis on the original Sampo frame wasn't straitforward either, but I was able to klooge it with some machine screws and zip ties - ugh.

once that was done, I could play Frontline again - yahoo.
