So Im having an issue with my Pokemon Catch machine, it wouldn't dispense balls & the motor that dispenses the ball had a stripped gear in the gearbox & one of the mounts for the motor sheered off, i got a motor that is very close to the original for my Pokemon Catch. It was working with the new motor but the new motor was slow, I tried swapping the motor with the gear box & when I did that there was a little smoke & it didn't turn. BUT the motor does still spin if I connect it directly to the power supply 24V. I ran a bunch of tests with the original motor & the new one. For some reason when there is no motor the machine is supplying 24v to the wires that connect to the motor then as soon as I connect the motor the voltage drops to almost 0. The PSU is still supplying the 24v when a motor is connected but at the connector it is 0 & as soon as I disconnect the motor it jumps back up to 24v & that's been with any motor I connect, & all those motors work fine is in tap them directly to the 24v. So I'm kind of at a loss not sure where to look. Any help would be appreciated
