Several years ago, I picked up a Star Wars upright, complete, with an Amplifone but with a broke neck and a red HV. Cabinet was pretty beat. With the broken neck, game was never even plugged in or tested.
I usually have no problem or hesitation parting out a conversion, but I rarely part out a dedicated. And hey it is a Star Wars (even though I hate the game).
With space issues, after much internal deliberation, I sadly will be parting it out tonight after work. All parts available for sale if anyone is interested. The parts are in decent shape, it is just the cabinet that is beat.
Oh well, by sunset tonight, one less Star Wars upright in the world. Hopefully the parts will be used to help bring other Star Wars back to life. And then room to add one more game in it's place. Such is the "cycle of life" in video games?
