I recently placed an order with Mikes and the shipping seemed reasonable and not out of line....It also shipped fairly quickly and arrived in only a couple of days....
I did notice that shipping to Canada was cost prohibitive but that is often the case when ordering from a US retailer and having the package cross the border....This is just my experience, but perhaps it depends on what your are ordering and the resultant size of the package? In any case, the website is fairly user friendly and it is easy to adjust your order to see what effect it has on the shipping costs..

I don't care for those either.
When I go to Arby's I get it to go and then go across the street to McDonalds for the fries.
McDonalds isn't quite as good as they used to be but still better than most of the others with the exception of Wendy's.
Thankfully all my mechs have new faceplates and coin catchers.
