SA/Zuber Dallas auction 5/14 roll call.

I'm 50/50 on whether I go to either auction. I know both of them have been hyping the "semi-trailer" loads of goodies, but I have too many projects and too little space right now. I need to spend some time finishing and selling some of this stuff before I bring more in.

So of course, this will probably be the auction of the century....:(

I hope everyone that goes gets a good deal on something. I won't be going unfortunately, although it would've been awesome to go and score a good deal on my birthday.

Just got a call from Noel a little while ago he said there's about 35 or so games and some redemption type stuff. Not worth the drive for me.
See you guys next weekend I guess....

Just got a call from Noel a little while ago he said there's about 35 or so games and some redemption type stuff. Wow, that wont pay the rent for that place.

I will be leaving as soon as I take a shower. Hoping I do not see anything I want so I can come home and go fishing with my wife.

Mostly new stuff (No new new but not classic) and sitdowns. They had a outrun, Galaga 88 I think in Q-bert cab, a Dk cocktail with a scrambled screen. I did get 3 new tickets for my collection and saw the guy who at the last auction threathen to kick my A$$ for messing with his machines (I was getting tickets for my collection no breaking any games). I didn't stay long and left. Not sure how they are going to pay the rent for the day on what they had there. I can;t wait for next week. I plan on bringing a item or two.

Man, I was hoping the "35 games" meant "35 OK games and the rest are not good." Not so! It IS terrible. The room is empty. I have no interest in light gun games and that is what half of them were. I left at 9:30. Arrived at 9:20.

Hope next week's is good! Sorry I can't make that one.

Thanks for the scouting reports - next time I will listen to them!

Wow, this is the least amount of comments that I have ever seen in regards to a Dallas auction. Question, will SA be able to rebound from the events that occurred last year, in which people can trust to buy and sell games at one of their auctions.

Wow! This is the worst report from a Mesquite Auction Ever!. I'm really glad I didn't go. Probably won't go to the one on the 21st (American Amusements), just because I have too much stuff to get caught up on.
