Looks like a plain-ole 1A 100V diode, in which case a 1N400x should be suitable (where x >= 2).

You might post a snip of the circuit it's in, just to make sure there's nothing else important (I've only worked on a few Nintendo boards, so I'm not familiar with that part in specific).

Thank you. I was thinking of either a 1N4002 or 1N4934 (I'm kind of hoping a N4002 since I have those on hand). But I'm not an expert on this.

Looks that that's a circuit for driving the coin counters. Speed (recovery time) shouldn't be an issue here.

I'd put in a 1N4004 (or 1N4002) if it were mine (actually, I'd probably not replace it, as I would probably not run coin counters).
 
One of the best ways to find a cross-reference for most parts is to simply type the part number in Google and add the text "cross reference".
