I picked up three Rush the Rock-Alcatraz games in early September. I was able to network them together with no problems. We played them quite a bit for a month or so and then intermittently after that. About a month or two ago, we started having problems. The machines power off during play. Sometimes it is one machine, sometimes two machines ( not always the same ones) They turn off and then immediately back on at the same exact time. Sometimes it is at the beginning of a race, sometimes the middle, sometimes the end. I am using a new Cisco router and I just bought a Cisco 10/100 switch but the switch doesn't seem to have made a difference.

Any Ideas?

Power supply?

If its the power supply, why would two machines be restarting at the same time. All 3 will restart depending on how many times you play.

If one is causing it, is there a way to tell which one?

Master slave / order

As for as I know, there is no master/ slave that can be identified. I've been thru the settings.
( I reset the stored data I case there was too much... But that didn't help.

Sometimes when it turns off, it's only one machine....sometimes it is #1 & #2 together, sometimes #2 & #3 together. I use the Belinda power strip that has the remote switch to turn it on/off and kills power to devices that are turned off....but I've never had a problem with it before. I'll find another power strip and test that. But odd that not everything on the strip turns off. At least one machine keeps working along with the router and switch.
