Rush The Rock Marquee Replacement - Gameongrafix.com
My Rush the Rock marquee had more than one tear in it so it needed to be replaced... there isn't much option out there... so I decided to go with an inkjet reproduction from gameongrafix.com...
I've done many projects with Scott... and have been a varying degree of happy with each one of them (from exuberant to happy)... this is one of those "happy" times...
I've never once had an issue with the quality of the print from Scott... and this is another case of good quality... good product (the material used for their ultimate marquee is just kickass)... but a bit off on color.
If this were one of my anal classic restorations I'd have likely asked Scott to re-print for me... and I am sure he would have (he has in the past for one project)... but since the color difference isn't all that important to me for this game, I'm simply "happy" with the end product. It sure looks better than the tore to hell original.
Scott is always open to suggestions as well and has implemented suggestions given to him in the past. I'm going to shoot him an email and let him know his marquee should be color corrected a tad... so this issue may be moot in the future.
Also of note is the marquee comes in the shape of a rectangle with squared corners. You will need to cut the rounded corners yourself... and I also used a hole punch to punch holes where the screws go... worked perfectly.
In any case, here are the pix...
