Same or different monitors? Can a rush rock monitor run a 2049?

I know the 2049 version you can change the output resolution in the setup menu- don't remember exactly but I think can be cga, ega, vga.
Not sure for the Rock version.

2049 can work in medium rez, but the high score tables are in vga only. so in medium, the screen looks jacked up sometimes in demo.. but the game will play in medium. rush the rock is a 25" medium. 2049 normally has a trisync 27" d9200. so size wise, its too big or too small to fit depending on which direction your trying.

there is very little that compatible between the two. I think you would have an easier time going from 2049 to fast and the furious and those newer games, than trying to go back to play rush the rock.

if you looking for a monitor for 2049, there are many games that used a 27" vga(you dont need a trisync, but finding a 27 "vga only might be hard). the other option is to drop in an lcd. thats what a many operators did. the bezel is cut for a curved tube, so that might be an issue, I think my friend got around it by putting plexi cover the bezel and makeing a mat to hide the difference in the 16x9 vs the 4x3.
