Today I dropped by Chris Royaltys Hot Rod Arcade in Joelton TN after picking up a few games not too far away. Chris is a close friend and one of the best guys in the hobby in our area. Life being life and being hectic i had not been up there in a few months. But funny enough after i got there some other travelers were dropping in on him for some actual business so i was poking around when i noticed a Gyruss cabinet that looked familiar. Sure enough it was my old cabinet. Then beside two more pac cabs i had in the past. I had traded those games to anoother arcade operator south of Nashville and had even made the introduction to him and Chris a few months back. Unbeknownst to me thay had done another trade and my old games were sitting in his place. It was kind of neat.

So tell me your stories of finding a game you used to own out in the world.

BONUS: Hot Rod Arcade isn't open to the public for play. They have a private game room they sometimes rent for parties and hold monthly pinball league tournaments. They do nice restoration on arcade and pinball games and are one of the best places to do electro mechanical stuff at this point. He also operated pinball plating website. Worth a look if your into that kind of thing.
