I found a supplier that claims to have these in stock, they are expensive would anyone be interested in some? They would be around 20.00 each is it worth it? I think with these chips you could change the games on Nintendo Playchoice cartridges but I'm not 100% sure.

You could change the games display name only if you found or made a way to program them. And only if you wanted to use the original BIOS. Depends how much it means to you.

To me, it means very little and I would spend my time bypassing it either in software or hardware.

Program them

Anyone know of anyway to program them everyone was saying finding them was the problem I found them no problem no one knows a way to program them. I see all the dumps for them is reading them much different then programing what settings did they use to read them I'll give it a shot to try and program them.

Bit bang them, logic analyzer, you could even get by with just using a Multimeter and clock it manually. It is only 64 bits so it doesn't require that much work to read them.

I did e-mail but alot of dumps are donated, so they may not know or care enough to answer.

Some of those dumps were sent years ago and the person who dumped them may not be around anymore.

In any case, it doesn't really solve your problem on writing to them.

50ms pulses of 21 V on the /CE line to program, according to the datasheet.
