Rowe laserstar cd100h won't load a disc

It'll coin up, you can make a selection and then the lights on the CD player will blink like it's getting the signal but then the board error light on the player comes on and the display says "out of order". I've confirmed that the orange/white rowelink wires are good from the player to the computer and the only error code it gives is "inner cam switch always open" but I think that's just because the motor isn't spinning to trigger it. I've confirmed both switches are good and aligned correctly.

Could the motor be bound up or jammed? What voltage is it so I can test it?

I'm not sure if the unlock solenoid is working either, I can't hear it kicking in or out.

Any ideas on where to go?

I was working on my rockola rocket III and to verify the motors I just used 12vdc.

Cd controller board.

Pull the board under the cd carusoul and re flow the solder on the pins.

Also check the connector on the other side that goes into the main control board.

Inspect the plugs on both ends and when you remove them clean up the pins.

I forgot to mention the solenoid kicks in and out when 12v is applied on my bench but the motor doesn't even twitch. In the juke I can't really see but I can't hear the solenoid or motor doing anything
