For the ops and techs that have and are still running the rowe Bc 35 and 3500 changers I have a question ...... I have a 35 upgraded to a 3500 with the kit .... Only issue I'm having with this is the typical constant changing of the 755 bulbs ..... This machines at a location really far from me and bulbs going out is a real pain ....... I saw LEDs were used in place of the 755s ...... Is there a special led needed with the correct wave length of light or just a simple red led in a grommet will be fine ???
Thanks

Google says the 755 is a 6v bayonet bulb, so you should be able to use a 44 style bayonet LED, I believe.

They're not socketed so that's not the issue .... The issue is the wavelength of light being read by the receptor being correct

Anyone have a list of the error codes for these ???? I'm trying to remotely diagnose this so I have the correct stuff with me when I go there ...... Location is telling me all 3 bulbs are lit for the sensors but the display down bottom is displaying a "p"..... I have no clue what that is

I have another here I am experimenting with before I put it out.... I gutted the base of a 44/47 bulb and soldered a 5v led in with leads attached ...... Seems to work fine with them.... Only thing I had here were blue ones not white but still seems to work fine.... Counts fine no errors ..... It's heading out to loca this week so we will see but l think it'll be good for a lonnnnnng time
