Hi everyone!
This is my first post and it may be a silly/easy question. I want to hook up two extension speakers to my cd100c. The speakers are good quality 8ohm ceiling speakers. I have the field service manual and found the section on extension speakers but I found it worded poorly and confusing??!!? I not experienced with this stuff so I'm sure to an expert its quite simple. From what I read I need to hook positive to right channel e3 and negative to left channel e3 for mono. Is this correct? Do I need to change the jumper at all, can I hook both my speakers to e3 or should I uses e2 for the other one?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! After reading many posts on this forum I can see how knowledgable you guys are!!

Thanks!
Eric

Hello Eric,

Connect one speaker to E1 (common) and E3 left and right connections on the output package, if this is to loud compared to you jukebox put down to E2 left and right or if you need a louder volume to balance the overall sound increase to E4 left & right.

Regards
Alan
