I'm considering replacing my speakers starting to get a little sound loss . Does anyone know what the sizes / and wattage they used ? How about a source for new ones ? thanks

Jukebox speakers are pretty tough speakers and rarely fail.

You more likely have amplifier problems or crossover network problems.

The correct speakers can be ordered from any Rowe jukebox distributor. Be sure to get the part numbers of the speakers from the service & parts manual that is included with the jukebox.

Thanks for the info Ken I will have to do some testing. I don't use it that much maybe a few nights a month. The last time we used it 2 weeks ago it sounded fine I turned it on yesterday and heard a little bit of crackle when I was standing near by. I very seldom even get it up to half volume . I was surprised it could start acting up so suddenly.

We still have the same speakers in all of our 100 C's that they were bought with brand new when they first came out. Shit, even the 100's we have are still all originals. I am definetely agreeing with Ken on this. Amps fail out way more often then speakers.

The crossover network mounted to the side wall in the amplifier compartment often develops cold solder joints on it's circuit board.

Well it turned out to just be a couple of wires for the external speaker hook up touching all is well cut the wires and taped them off sounds perfect again . thanks for the advice though I will keep it in mind. John
