Hi,
Moved the Jukebox in the house for the winter. I keep getting a static shock (now that it is sitting on carpet). What is the best way to gound it to prevent this?

Thank you,
Joe

check the wall plug to make sure the 3rd ground prong is still there and connected. also make sure the outlet you are using is also grounded properly. If your power cord looks ratty then replace it. You can get a little device from home depot etc that you plug into the wall outlet to make sure its wired properly..

Yep, I checked and the plug has the ground prong broken off. I will get a
replacement plug and see if that fixes the problem. Never had a problem
when it was in the garage on concrete.

Thanks guys
Joe

Static electricity WILL damage your laser player and mech control board so get that new power plug on there pronto.
