Recently I had to repair a Rowe CD-100-B that is on location in a local nightclub. The rocker power on-off switch had gone open so the whole machine was dead.
The original switch is a rocker type that's single pole single throw (S.P.S.T. ) and snaps into an almost square hole in the power supply chassis.
I found one the next day at my local electronics parts jobber that was an exact fit and actually had better specifications than the original.
I bought an NTE # 54-081 (yes NTE makes other replacement parts than just transistors). It is a Double Pole Single Throw (D.P.S.T. ) and rated at a much higher current than the original one Rowe used. It is very close in appearance to the original and snaps right into the hole just like the original. Cost me all of $3.15 for the replacement and the jukebox is up and running again.
