Rowe AMI Storm CD Jukebox internal lights not working

I just bought a wall mounting Rowe/Ami Storm CD Jukebox that was converted to MP3 with the CD100MP3 conversion kit. The unit seems to all work ok except none of the fluorescent lights are working. I got new bulbs at Home Depot thinking that they were no good, but I still have no lights. Any suggestions? Also does anybody know where I can find the disc battery for memory?

You probably have a fuse blown on the lamp board behind the entire mechanism/player assembly. It's tough to see and you have to take the whole mechanism assembly out to access it.

If you need further assistance, shoot me a PM and I can try to help

the battery should be a normal cr2032 button bat
common as dirt
your lights on the other hand
to start with yes check the fuse
but and this is the butt home depot dose not carry the proper stuff u want
if the lights flicker suppect the tube, short way to tell is blackened ends
other wise u need to look at the stater and or ballast
now if they are as alot of rowe/ami are they may be a normal light bulb
i do however forget the type but it should if it is? be a pl59 style base

This is more than likely the source of your problems for the fluorescent lighting. It is located behind the CD player and is accessible once you remove the player and carousel.

The neon lighting has a different ballast located on the door near the bottom.

On that neon ballast, is there a way of testing it? If it'it's bad, where do i get a new one?
Checking ebay now.
Any other reasons my neon lights won't work?
