If i wanted to upgrade my jukebox to a digtal one how could i do this with a touch screen and a computer and also to keep the coin mech working

There's a company from the UK called TOUCHTONES ( not "TouchTunes " ). They make a program from a home computer which mimicks a digital touchscreen juke. I've never tried it, but it looks pretty neat. I think you can get a free 30-day trial download from them. Just goggle it. You'll find it.

Depends on where you're located and if this is a "home use only" application or for a commercial business application. Here in the USA you'd be stuck with home use. If you did this for use in a business you'd (a) either not be able to use the technology (only certain jukebox manufacturer's authorized kits are licensed) or (b) you'd be infringing music copyrights.
 
Rowe makes an official Plug n Play conversion kit for all CD100 models. You won't like the price though because it's very expensive, about $2500 US.
