Judging from the photo, yes. If you can't see the tube edges, remove the glass and bezel and judge the image relative to the black screen mask in/on the tube. If the image looks skewed/rotated in this "frame", your yoke needs to be rotated. Takes about 5 min and a philip's screwdriver.

If you look at the photo, you can see the bottom is not skewed at all, it is only the top left corner.
