What is with the apparent cuts on the CPO? Original board? Original Atari joystick? Scratch on right side of monitor screen?

Mine is the same way. I'm guessing CPO shrinkage or something? A testament to the hardcore adhesive on the back.

It should be because the cpo was replaced with a retro decal where an owner didn't know how or didn't feel like removing the joystick and buttons to install the 3M backed cpo thus he spliced it.
