i am thinking very strongly about making the 375 mile trek. I have a ton of boards, parts, pieces I will be taking to sell. Who else is going? Also, where is a chap place to stay that is close to the auction site. I won't get there until probably 10pm or so Friday night and will need to get to the auction early to drop off my stuff to sell saturday morning.

I'll be there with 3 guys...hopefully we find some cool stuff to take back!

I just stay at the resort but there is another hotel down the road for like $80 I think, just can't remember the name..

I plan on going. The only problem I have with the resort is that their internet service sucks.

And for over $100 a night in TN you should get good 'free' internet service.

I'll be there! We might have some thunderstorms that day, so I hope everybody is prepared for that.

There's a Comfort Suites near there. It's pretty decent from what I've heard.

Yeah, that resort is the only Courtyard nearby if I remember correctly. It is a really nice hotel, golf course on the grounds, tasty breakfast buffet, etc.

However, I believe the breakfast is like 12$ a person or maybe even more, and the internet does suck. I think I remember the lobby wireless was better than the internet in each room :(

all the rooms are booked at Meadowview and there were a handful at Comfort Suites. Hopefully there is a good amount of stuff this time around.

I would love to go just did the family vacation roadtrip to Missouri BUT did go to 1984 in Springfield two nights and picked up some pac man cocktail control panels in Belleville IL so it was a productive trip :)

Anything particularly interesting you're selling board wise before you take them down?

Kingsport auction

I've never been to the Kingsport auction. How does it compare to the one in Winston Salem? I'm looking for a working Tri sports 3 in 1 machine and a Nba Jam wide body machine

It has more than Winston Salem for the most part. Both have their moments but I don't see a reason personally on my end to go to Winston Salem....(only because of distance)

That's the best part you never know what is going to be there, except for the 20 multicades, and 50 golden tees and buck hunters

Anybody going to the auction have any bally sente stuff they wanna sell? I need almost a whole kit I need PCBs, a powersupply, coin door or hell even the whole dang machine if you got one working. PM me and let me know what you got.

Thanks

Not many pins so far, videos are kind of eh, classics are kind of eh....hopefully tomorrow is better...

At the last one the good machines and pins didn't show up till like 8 ~ 9:30 the morning of! Looking forward to seeing everyone there! I'll be in jeans and a Green Classic gaming tee-shirt with a pac-man ghost on the front. 6'5" with glasses!
