you should list what make and model of monitor you have so people can better help you.

Cap kit for both monitor chassis to start with. Then adjust the monitors.

yes caps on that model for sure and i have the top quality 100% nichicon 105C including the bi-polars cap kits for them. let me know if you need any.

looks like you have a bad yoke.

mm that would mean both yoke at the same time??

yellow green 20.6 ohms

so schould be ok ??
