I have a Rockola 484, everything works on it except for the turntable. I lifted the record table up and can see the idler spinning, but the turntable will not spin. Is there supposed to be a belt or does the idler spin the table? Just wondering if the idler spun while the table was held down and it wore down the idler where it won't touch the table to spin it. The electronics on this juke were working when I bought it, but the record mechanism was sitting in the bottom. I refitted the mechanism back in and hooked up all of the wiring and replaced the fuses. Like I said, everything on it is working now except for the turntable not spinning. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Nevermind...looking at the parts catalog, I noticed the idler wheel is supposed to be attached to the idler arm and the idler wheel touches the motor to make it spin. Previous owner had attached the idler wheel to the top of the turntable motor so it wasn't even close to touching the table.
