Just picked up a Rock Ola 6000x, hard to tell whats missing without opening it..

Needed Key:
P1200
The P1200 key fits the 2000X thru current production CD playing commercial Rockola Jukes.

Once I get it open, I will see what else is missing. When I plug it in, I get the lights, a small pop from the speakers, and the red leds are the amp.

$25.00 pickup..

If anyone has one, I would like to chat.. :)

Pretty sweet! I'm actually working on one right now.

Do you get the codes cycling on the front display when you turn it on? It should go thru a sequence of 5 or 6 letters then end on S-1.

I will take a look when I power it on, I really didnt notice that. .Right now the CD player is not in the middle, off to the side..

When I get the key in, I will be able to get more information, the nice part there is a manual in it also.. :)

Thank you,
Jeff

Ah...OK, I gotcha. So there may be some assembly required before you get a status on the system.

Good luck!

I was thinking the same thing, just ordered a key for the machine. So when the comes in I will start to troubleshoot the CD player.

I was able to get the right side open, due to dollar bill accecptor is missing.. and from the behind there is a small hole, I was able to open the left side.. finally..

There are lot of things missing, I tried to hook up directly to the AMP, and get sound for about .5 sec, sound pops off, and after a minute is does .5 sec sound.. repeat..

If I could get the amp working, I would just clean it up and put a bluetooth in it.. and let it go..

Since the 6000x is not one of the most reliable units, had some issues..

After hooking up the EXT sound input, and moving the door CD selector to "OFF", I was able to get sound out of the jukebox. So I just leave it in the "Off" position and unscrewed on side of the switch so it doesnt turn the CD back on..

I do not have a CDM4 CD drive yet, but was thinking of putting a Bluetooth receiver in it just for the time being.

In the market for CDM4 and maybe a CDM12 or Pro 2..

Found a Rock-old 4000x, that just needs an AMP.. So looks like my 6000x will be giving its AMP to the 4000x..

So if anyone needs some Rock-ola 6000x parts LET ME KNOW.. :)
