I know this is a learning process due to never dealing with jukeboxes before.
I recently picked up a Rock-Ola Trilogy 4000x jukebox.
I was able to find out how to open the unit and add the CD's that I wanted in it.
I know the system worked when I purchased it due to coining it up and playing the CD's that were already in the unit, but unfortunately after removing the existing CD's and adding the CD's that I want im having trouble running through the manual on how to map the new CD's.
As per the manual you put the system from operator mode to scan mode so that you can add the CD's. You enable the stop mode from the scan mode to stop the magazine to add the CD's.
After you loaded the CD's you put the system back into operator mode and set the dip switch 10 on the system to the on position to map the new CD's.
The problem is im not sure im missing a step because it doesn't seem to be scanning.
Does anyone have this jukebox and has programmed the unit to guide me through what im missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've attached the pages to give reference.

I also attached what my dip switch setting that are on the jukebox currently.IMG_6336.jpegIMG_6337.jpegIMG_6338.jpegIMG_6339.jpegIMG_6340.jpegIMG_6343.jpegIMG_6342.jpegIMG_6335.jpeg

Hey Shawn. Congrats on acquiring a jukebox. I picked up a 45rpm-model juke at that auction off Phillips Highway in Jax a few years ago (2019?) where I ran into you. I've really enjoyed juke stuff as a break from my regular video game and pinball stuff.

Hopefully you've got yours going, and you're rocking out now.

Hey Darren.
I do remember meeting up with you in Jacksonville when you picked your juke.
I'm almost there.
I programmed all of the CD's, I'm just in need of a piece on the front light assembly to get that up and running and the juke will be 100%!
Whoever had it before me used a whole role of electrical tape to cover up damage to the front light assembly.

Hello Shawn,

I am a new user of this forum, and I hope you can help me with the programming of my jukebox.
I bought a brand'new' Rock-Ola 4000 Trilogy at aan auction. It was never used and still wrapped in protective materials, but unfortunately there was no service- of user manual packed with it.
Now i'm searching for a user and service manual and some help with programming the jukebox.
For example: I cannot find the 'scan switch' in the jukebox to load the cd's in the mechanism.
I hope you still have the jukebox and would you be able to send me a copy by mail?
I got some information from jordanamusement.com, but i still have some issues.
Please help me :giggle:

Greetings form a Dutch user

I unfortunately do not have the machine anymore.
The scan switch that you are looking for is on the left side of the jukebox after you lift the front glass up so you can look at the inside of the machine.

Thanks, found it. I will continue my journey :giggle:

I figured it out. It took me a few days, but I am able to map my CD's and play the numbers the right way now
Unfortunately the number '8' button does not function.
I think that will be a job for a maintenance man.
Thanks again for your assistance
