Ok, so a buddy has a robotron he saved from being outside for a while. I've attached some pictures. We are trying to work up a trade and neither of us wants to stiff the other so I wanted to ask you what you think this is worth .

It's missing fuses so he has never attempted to turn it on.

Thanks all

Ed

Assuming nothing works, but has all artwork there (bezel is flaked) I'd say it is worth $350.

If it were working in that condition, I'd say it's worth $550.

I'm in the midwest and paid $550 for one because they just aren't around much, that needed a cap kit, new PS, and CPU chips.
One on the east coast i think just sold on ebay for $410.

depends on location and how often you see a robotron, i guess.

I dont know.. you said it had been rained on.. Or it looks like it has. How much water damage?

I'd go 250 tops in its current unknown state.

Yep I'd agree. $250. You will probably need to rebuild that power supply, put in lithium battery, upgrade the RAM, cap the monitor, repaint the front and probably some other things.

But overall that's a pretty nice example. I paid $250 for mine a few years ago and it was probably in better overall condition.

This is one of the best games ever. No collection is compete without one.

Is the top or front panel swollen?

The bezel looks rough and the cabinet looks weathered in that it may very well be a nice cabinet, but would need repainted/restenciled to look really nice.
