My robotron is out putting -3.7 for the -5 and 9.7 for the 12 volt. the +5 is at 5.2. i am getting an error but sometimes it boots and plays for a bit. i have reset the plugs and ribbon. it has a switching ps and the only error that comes up is 26. would the -5 and 12 volt being off that much possibly cause this? i have a rebuild kit on the way for the ps to use the original so i am going to try that

Are you using the original 4116 RAM? If so, do yourself a favor and change to 4164 with the wiring adapter and be happy. -5v is only used by that old 4116 RAM.
